## How the application works and what we look at

Five steps, usually done within two weeks. You always talk to the people you would work with, never to a recruiting funnel. We ask about real work, not hypotheticals.

1. **Apply:** Send us your CV or your LinkedIn profile. No cover letter, no long forms.
2. **Intro call:** A 30-minute call with one of the founders about your background and what you want to work on.
3. **Deep dive:** A working session on a real problem from our product — no riddles, no whiteboard tricks.
4. **Meet the team:** You meet the people you would work with every day, and ask us anything.
5. **Decision:** You hear back within a few days, with a clear yes or no and honest reasoning.
